We liked first of all the location of the villa, one of best spots in Alcanada- then how the space is distributed inside and how the villa has been furnished - we like the minimal but contemporary style - the kitchen is very convenient and fully equisee more
We liked first of all the location of the villa, one of best spots in Alcanada- then how the space is distributed inside and how the villa has been furnished - we like the minimal but contemporary style - the kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped- also the open kitchen set-up is so convenient - the swimming pool is also great and how the outdoor space has been set-up also very cosy- we love the palms and the trees just around the pool- the parking spot just under the villa is also very convenient.
It is very nice also the terrace of the main bedroom at the first floor from where you enjoy wonderful views of the bay - a stay at this villa is definitely recommended ! |

The property was excellent and a very high standard however during our stay the internet was very patchy meaning we had to depend on 4G a lot of the time to get access to e mails etc. The weather was also very cold and the heating in the villa did nosee more

All of these things would not prevent us returning but equally when paying top rent we would expect these things to be fully functioning and robust.

Surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, this new modern villa in Mal Pas enjoys a privileged position in the frontline, with direct access to the sea, ten steps from the white sanded beach.
The spacious villa was built in 2016 and is located in a garden plot with heated pool. It`s spread out over two floors, and has a total of 4 double bedrooms with en suites and an extra toilet. The interior design is completely open and full of natural light.
Other features included in the house are air conditioning throughout the house, underfloor heating, double glazing, heated pool, fireplace, elevator, cupboards, parquet floors, piped music, home automation system and a triple garage basement.
Located a short drive from Alcudia, and a bit further to Pollensa, Mal Pas Bonaire offers all the tranquillity of the island with the best residential possibilities.
