Blending authentic stone architecture, solid wood roof beams, and terracotta tiles with modern high-end amenities, this prestigious property offers an exceptional standard of living in complete privacy and tranquillity.

Stepping through the arched wooden entrance hall reveals an expansive open-plan interior designed for year-round comfort. The light-filled living lounge features traditional exposed stone walls, plush seating, soft Mediterranean light, and French doors that open directly onto the patio terrace and garden. Premium technology is seamlessly integrated throughout, including a flat-screen satellite TV, high-speed WiFi, and a Sonos sound system.

Adjacent to the living space, the contemporary dining area accommodates up to eight guests for evening meals as the sun sets over the mountains. The vast semi-rustic kitchen comes fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a large American fridge-freezer, a DeLonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine, and a Dolce Gusto machine. Can Perot is a truly special country villa in Vall de March, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt valleys in northern Mallorca. Just a ten-minute drive from Pollensa's old town, this peaceful valley is known for its rolling hills, ancient olive groves and scenic oak forests. With only a handful of traditional fincas scattered across the landscape and minimal traffic, it offers genuine peace, privacy and a real connection to nature, ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

The villa makes an excellent base for cycling routes and walking tours, including scenic paths leading to Lluc Monastery, whether guests prefer a leisurely stroll or a more challenging ride.

Reached via a charming drive through its own oak forest, the property sits on a generous plot of approximately 27,000m². Mature oak trees provide shade and a natural backdrop above the flat garden areas, while ensuring the garden and pool enjoy full sun through the summer months. A handful of neighbouring houses sit nearby, though none overlook the villa, allowing for complete privacy.

Fully refurbished in 2009, the 265m² villa blends traditional character with modern comfort and space. The ground floor comprises a spacious living and dining area, with air conditioning and a Smart TV, opening onto the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and one en suite bedroom.
