    Description

    Can Rueda is a modern holiday villa in the tranquil area of La Font near Pollensa Mallorca 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa with mountain views and a private swimming heated pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, table tennis, Smart TV, near golf, sleeps a maximum of 12 people

    Can Rueda is a newly renovated 6 bedroom holiday villa in the leafy residential area of La Font, just a leisurely walk from the charming Mallorcan village of Pollensa in northern Mallorca. Can Rueda is a detached villa set amongst large, lawned garden, plenty of outdoor space and the all important swimming pool.

    Entering through the front gate, there`s a short driveway where you can securely park your car and a garage containing bike racks and a cyclist`s workbench. To the right hand side of the garage is the front door - head on in and you`ll be greeted by Can Rueda`s immense sense of space, afforded by it`s modern makeover; bright white walls, fixtures and fittings are accentuated by pops of colour and wonderful decor. Head down the steps from the entrance hall and you`ll enter the kitchen/dining area. Here you`ll find all modern conveniences, with essentials such as a coffee machine and dishwasher all present, and set around a large central island and enormous wooden dining table with seating for 12 guests.

    On the other side of the dividing wall of this otherwise open plan space is the lounge, which is dominated by large, comfortable sofas and designer armchairs. There are two spaces here - a more grown-up, drawing room arrangement around a fireplace, and opposite is a more cosy arrangement, with a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The large windows on the south-east side of the living room slide open to access a large partially covered terrace with dining and chill-out furniture.

    Can Rueda`s 6 bedrooms are all en suite - the first can be found to the left of the main entrance, through a small hallway where you will also come across a guest WC and laundry room - head up the stairs here to find a private double bedroom with access to an ample roof terrace with a pair of sun-loungers.

    The second of the bedrooms is located just before you enter the kitchen, to your left after walking down the steps from the entrance hall - this bedroom also has a smart TV. Opposite this door, to the right of the entrance, is the master suite which has a double bed, ample wardrobe space, en suite bathroom, a smart TV and even access to the garden! Down from this bedroom is the fourth and last in the main house: it has twin beds and an en suite shower room.

    The last two bedrooms are located off of the terrace in an independent apartment, once again with en suite bathrooms.

    The highlight of Can Rueda`s garden is the kidney-shaped deep blue swimming pool, which is surrounded by a stylish patio paving and luxurious sun beds and parasols, whilst on the west side of the property are several lawned terraces (don`t worry, the height difference is minimal, and child friendly) which make a great play area.

    There`s even a ping pong table for competitive guests to enjoy a match.

    With Pollensa being just a gentle walk from the villa, and the beaches of Cala San Vicente just a 5 minute drive away, Can Rueda is the perfect rental property for large families and groups looking to be out of the way, but within reasonable distance to all attractions and amenities.

      One of the most desirable places to rent a holiday property on the lovely island of Mallorca in the Pollensa area, highlighted by the quaint old town and its nearby Port.

      The beauty of the Cal Rei Gran villa, is that it is a delightful, restored 6-bedroom single-storey holiday villa on level grounds which is, perfect for young families and it is situated in picturesque countryside between the medieval Pollensa town with its wonderful restaurants and famous market, and the vibrant and bustling Port de Pollensa with its fabulous child-friendly and clean beaches.

      The property has a lovely spacious flow of living space dominated by the attractive, open plan living and dining areas inside and out. The sliding patio doors from the kitchen-lounge are connect into the garden, pool area and the casita and the casita’s own separate entertaining area and its own outdoor kitchen with Argentinian barbecue.
      We know you will love being in this outdoor chilling area that comfortably seats more than 12 people. Enjoy barbecuing while your family is in the pool or relaxing over a drink while you all take in the view of the Tramuntara mountains and surrounding fields.

      The villa sleeps up to 12 people with a total of 5 bedrooms: 1 king, 2 three doubles and a twin bedroom in the main house.

      Separate to the main house, and by the pool (approx. 12m x 6m x 1.8m) and outdoor barbecue/ entertaining area is the pretty 2-bedroom ‘casita’ (little house) with a king and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. Please note that the twin bedroom does not have direct interior access to the bathroom and requires you to either walk through the double bedroom or via the outside. It is ideal for a couple with up to two kids using it as an annex room. The garden and the pool is illuminated at night until 9-10pm.

      There is a separate covered terrace directly outside the main house facing the pool and casita, which is perfect for entertaining and a breakfast terrace on the west side of the villa.
