Surrounded by mature gardens and enjoying lovely mountain views, the villa offers a peaceful setting within walking distance of Pollensa old town and just a short drive from the beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç and Puerto Pollensa.

    Recently refurbished throughout, the property combines contemporary design with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, making it an excellent choice for large families, groups of friends and cycling enthusiasts looking to explore north Mallorca.

    Upon arrival, a private driveway provides secure parking, while a garage equipped with bicycle racks and a cyclist's workbench makes the villa particularly convenient for guests planning cycling holidays in the Tramuntana region.

      This top floor also provides access to a double carport (covered) and a bike store with bunk room should budding cyclists wish to explore the beautiful Tramuntana mountains.

      Take the stairs down (or the in-house lift!) to the second level and you`ll find a gorgeous master suite featuring a double en suite bedroom with access to a spacious terrace, a separate en suite bedroom with a double (configurable as 2 singles) and one single bed, a further twin en suite bedroom, and a dorm with 3 bunk beds.

      The stunning living area on the ground floor comprises a large, comfortable living/dining area leading out through the glass frontage to the huge covered terrace. Just perfect for chilling out with family and friends

      The large, state-of-the-art Bulthaup/Gaggenau designer kitchen is also on this level: the ideal place for a meal with family and friends. There is also a private cinema room (plus a sofa bed for guests) to add to the enjoyment of your holiday.

      It goes without saying that Villa Marvelo features hot/cold air conditioning and underfloor heating for your utmost comfort. There is WiFi throughout too, plus smart TV enabling you to catch up with your favourite programmes. You can also challenge your friends to a game of table tennis.

      And then there`s the heated private swimming pool and terrace. It`s on the large side too, (17m x 5m x 1.7m approximately) with stepped entrance for easy access. What better place to enjoy a refreshing early morning dip or just to cool off from the hot Mediterranean sun.
