Can Verd comprises a Main House, southwest-facing with views over the Vall d’en Colonya, plus a separate Guest House, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The main house blends rustic character with modern comfort, featuring white walls, wooden beams, archways, and cosy furnishings. Fully refurbished in 2019, the villa now offers modern bathrooms with underfloor heating, a well-equipped kitchen, and hot/cold air-conditioning throughout.
- Ground floor: inviting living area, additional seating area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and one double bedroom with ensuite shower bathroom
- First floor: two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with three bathrooms (two ensuite)
- Laundry room included for longer stays
The L-shaped layout allows every ground-floor room direct access to the stone terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
Guest House: The separate guest annex offers privacy and comfort, featuring an Italian double bed, ensuite shower, Smart TV, and air conditioning — ideal for families or friends.

Set on an extensive private plot, the gardens are beautifully maintained with multiple seating and dining areas, including a fully equipped gas barbecue.
The uniquely shaped swimming pool is the centerpiece of outdoor living. It can be heated on request (extra charge), and a pool fence is available for families with young children. Lush lawns, olive trees, and flowering plants create a relaxing, picturesque setting.

From the supply of coffee pods to the water cooler, plenty of supplies for the washing machine and dishwasher, to the toys for little ones. The living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for pool use as well. The swimming pool was perfect for a toddler. And lots of outside space to relax.

We just returned from a week at this gorgeous traditional stone finca, and it was honestly one of our favourites after a dozen villa stays in Mallorca over the past 10 years. Tucked away at the end of a beautiful long driveway, the villa is only five minutes from Pollença old town but feels wonderfully private.
The bedrooms are all a great size, and the whole property has so much character, with some really unique architectural touches — the huge, gorgeous shower being a personal highlight. The annexe was a brilliant addition too, especially travelling with kids who wanted to stay up late without disturbing everyone else. Service was five-star from start to finish — nothing was too much trouble, communication was quick, and all the check-in instructions were clear. Even the grounds team, who came to do some maintenance on our checkout day, were lovely. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back. |

Can Verd was a lovely home for us for a week. We loved the outdoor space with its many shady spots and seating options. The gas bbq and huge table with its big umbrellas decked in fairy lights made the courtyard a perfect space for our evening meals.see more

The pool with its big shallow step is ideal for little ones and having the deep end means the adults can enjoy a swim too. Ease of access to Pollensa made shopping less of a chore and Iris's immediate attention to any questions or requests made our holiday easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

We particularly liked the indirect lighting, the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful, perfectly maintained garden. Our little dog also felt very comfortable thanks to the completely fenced property. ☀️🥰💖 Another big plus is the air conditioning in all bedrooms, in the living area and in the kitchen, the private bathrooms for each bedroom and the parking space directly on the property. We really didn't miss anything. A wonderful house with great attention to detail, we would come back anytime! ✨🌸💗

We felt very comfortable in the holiday villa. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped. We were especially impressed by the well-maintained outdoor area, with its many seating options, beautiful pool, and wonderful location overlooking the mountain landscape. Supermarkets and excursion destinations are easily accessible by car — overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a stunning finca in the north of Mallorca. |
