    Upon entering the property, guests are welcomed by an elegant entrance hall leading directly into the impressive double-height living room, which forms the heart of the house. Filled with natural light, this inviting space is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Pollensa and the surrounding countryside.

    The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide everything needed for comfortable self-catering holidays, with ample space for preparing family meals and gathering together.     The villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.     2027 Property Upgrades
    For the 2027 season, the property will benefit from a series of upgrades designed to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment. These include fully refurbishing all bathrooms, installing new built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms, renovating the guest toilet, and improving the kitchen with new cabinets and fittings. The property will also feature updated shutters, refreshed door hardware, upgraded garden areas, and a complete swimming pool renovation, along with a range of interior and exterior finishing touches throughout. The villa will also offer its full four-bedroom configuration year-round, with all bedrooms available for guest use throughout the season. New photographs will be available upon completion of the works.

    The bathrooms and bedrooms are just looking a little tired and the pool area was very untidy on arrival. At the price I would have expected some useful basics to be provided other than the cleaning bag and a few other items.

    The villa is beautiful, rustic but modern and comfortable. The company that manages this property were extremely helpful - even getting someone out to look at electrics within 10 mins at 11.30pm !! highly recommended.

      This exceptional holiday property is just perfect for families. Sleeping up to 6 in the lap of luxury, it is geared towards children as much as mum and dad. The children’s bedrooms have all the furnishings you would expect, there’s even table tennis to burn off some of their energy!

      And then there’s the private swimming pool. 8m x 4m and rectangular in shape, the pool is surrounded by delightful decking, luxury sun loungers and a gorgeous garden. The whole family will just love to cool off here when the midday sun is at its height.

      The interior of Villa Alba is a designer’s dream. The stunning open-plan lounge/dining area can only be described as ‘eye candy’. Achingly cool, it’s all brilliant white, tasteful black and features subtle touches of stainless steel and chrome.

      The lounge area is furnished with large charcoal-coloured sofas and easy chairs. There’s a striking black and white rug and the tasteful monochrome prints on the wall compliment the villa’s overall privileged feel.

      There is a large wall-mounted satellite TV on the wall and a DVD player too. You benefit from wi-fi throughout so you can easily keep in touch with the ‘real world’!

      Huge french windows let in the soft Mediterranean light and the whole property is air conditioned with both hot and cold.

      This lovely house was built in 1990 in a quaint, old style; embedded in fruit gardens of Huerta de la Font and marvelous views to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The stone walls of the house guarantee pleasant temperatures in summer and winter time.
      The main entrance on the left leads to the lounge area, on the right to the bedrooms. 3 cosy bedrooms with 2 beds each and bathrooms en-suite with toilets are located in the right wing

      of the house. Tasteful furniture and colour matching, Mallorcan curtains and plaids create a beautiful atmosphere.
      On the ground floor you can find a wonderful lounge and dining room, which has been designed on two floors. The kitchen is separated from this area by a stone-wall bar. From here you have access to the wonderful garden.

      In the light flooded lounge a glass door leads to the covered terrace, which invites you to stay the entire year and also to the pool, which is surrounded by grass and flowers. There are growing orange, lemon, grapefruit, almond, fig and carob trees on the field belonging to the estate.

      Most beautiful is the separate covered BBQ terrace with oven, grill, cooker, sink and cosy possibilities to sit down.
