A dedicated housekeeper is provided four days per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Light laundry can be accommodated upon request and will be managed directly by the Can Suau housekeeper.
Please note that in the event of an excessive amount of laundry or ironing, an additional charge may apply, in accordance with the workload and at the housekeeper’s discretion.

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

This top floor also provides access to a double carport (covered) and a bike store with bunk room should budding cyclists wish to explore the beautiful Tramuntana mountains.
Take the stairs down (or the in-house lift!) to the second level and you`ll find a gorgeous master suite featuring a double en suite bedroom with access to a spacious terrace, a separate en suite bedroom with a double (configurable as 2 singles) and one single bed, a further twin en suite bedroom, and a dorm with 3 bunk beds.
The stunning living area on the ground floor comprises a large, comfortable living/dining area leading out through the glass frontage to the huge covered terrace. Just perfect for chilling out with family and friends

One of the most desirable places to rent a holiday property on the lovely island of Mallorca in the Pollensa area, highlighted by the quaint old town and its nearby Port.
The beauty of the Cal Rei Gran villa, is that it is a delightful, restored 6-bedroom single-storey holiday villa on level grounds which is, perfect for young families and it is situated in picturesque countryside between the medieval Pollensa town with its wonderful restaurants and famous market, and the vibrant and bustling Port de Pollensa with its fabulous child-friendly and clean beaches.
The property has a lovely spacious flow of living space dominated by the attractive, open plan living and dining areas inside and out. The sliding patio doors from the kitchen-lounge are connect into the garden, pool area and the casita and the casita’s own separate entertaining area and its own outdoor kitchen with Argentinian barbecue.
We know you will love being in this outdoor chilling area that comfortably seats more than 12 people. Enjoy barbecuing while your family is in the pool or relaxing over a drink while you all take in the view of the Tramuntara mountains and surrounding fields.
The villa sleeps up to 12 people with a total of 5 bedrooms: 1 king, 2 three doubles and a twin bedroom in the main house.
Separate to the main house, and by the pool (approx. 12m x 6m x 1.8m) and outdoor barbecue/ entertaining area is the pretty 2-bedroom ‘casita’ (little house) with a king and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. Please note that the twin bedroom does not have direct interior access to the bathroom and requires you to either walk through the double bedroom or via the outside. It is ideal for a couple with up to two kids using it as an annex room. The garden and the pool is illuminated at night until 9-10pm.
There is a separate covered terrace directly outside the main house facing the pool and casita, which is perfect for entertaining and a breakfast terrace on the west side of the villa.
The flat, enclosed beautiful, landscaped large garden featuring mature trees and a playground area with swings and a ping-pong table makes the property ideal for families with young children. There are also ample parking spaces. Bed linen and 1 pool towel and 1 bath tower are supplied.
The interior of Cal Rei Gran is fabulous, it is modern yet with a touch of ‘rustic chic’ about this superb holiday villa, characterised by cool, contemporary features and attractive décor. The large, fully fitted well appointed main kitchen is a joy. Gleaming with design by the Italian company Bontempi.
