Villa Sol is a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Villa with Mountain View and a Private Heated Swimming Pool, Outdoor Kitchen with Barbecue, Air Conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV, near Golf, Sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
The villa is finished in a beige `capri` matt marble throughout the downstairs level and terraces leading into the first floor. The luxury villa and terraces have complementary touches of black marble where appropriate. The four bedrooms (two with emperor size beds and two with king size beds) sleep a total of 8 people in complete comfort, and each has their own balcony and en suite bathroom.
The marble extends into all the bedrooms with the master bedroom en suite consisting of a bath and separate shower having black and white marble finish. The other three bedrooms also have en suite bathrooms - one with a bath and two with showers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a wine cooler,
Nespresso coffee machine, and a freezer. It has a white lacquered cuboid island that hosts the ceramic hob set in a white marble work surface with an integrated marble sink. The sleek unbroken lines of the kitchen are continued with the wall to ceiling units hiding all the appliances and are finished in a black lacquered wood finish.
The property has Sonos sound system installed throughout the house. If you install the Sonos application on your mobile device, you can play your favourite music through the kitchen speaker, the sound bar in the living room, or through the speakers on the terrace. You can even make use of the portable speaker upstairs in the master bedroom - your favourite music anytime, anywhere!
In addition, the villa has a children's snug, a media room with PlayStation and all TV's have Netflix, providing entertainment for the whole family. In the garden you will also find an outdoor kitchen with a sink, fridge, and gas barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining.
Swimming Pool Dimensions: 12,84m x 4,86 m x 1,65m approximately and it's a Chlorine pool.

The villa looks pretty much exactly like in the pictures - it’s beautiful! We had a small issue with warm water, however, the host Alan took care of it within minutes of calling him! Great service, love to come back.

The villa is an excellent base for cycling routes and walking tours, including scenic paths leading to Lluc Monastery. Whether you prefer leisurely walks or challenging bike rides, Can Perot provides direct access to the natural beauty of the area.
Reached via a charming drive through its own oak forest, the property sits on a generous plot of approx. 27,000 m². Above the flat garden areas, mature oak trees provide shade and a natural backdrop while ensuring the garden and pool enjoy full sun during the summer months. Although there are a few neighboring houses nearby, none overlook the villa, allowing complete privacy.
The villa (approx. 265 m²), fully refurbished in 2009, blends traditional character with modern comfort and space.
The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area (with air conditioning and Smart TV) opening to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and one en suite bedroom.
Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning unit:
- The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct garden access.
- A second double bedroom
- A twin bedroom with two individual beds, ideal for children or additional guests.
In total, the villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two en suite), comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
Outdoors, the villa boasts a very large, deep private pool (12 x 4.8 m), perfect for cooling off in the hot summer months. The pool is set a short distance from the house, so children should be supervised. The flat gardens provide ample grassy space for kids to play safely.
A gas barbecue and al fresco dining areas make summer meals a delight, while mature oak trees above the gardens create a picturesque natural backdrop.
8 sun loungers surround the pool for ultimate relaxation.

- Underfloor oil heating for the winter month ( During the month from approx December and February no direct sunshine, due to its hillside location, but it's still amazingly beautiful there ).
